- We only use wild fish (not farmed) of the finest quality, caught in well managed fisheries.
- All our fish comes from sustainable fishing grounds.
- Our batter is made to a light consistency and is allowed to stand before use.
- We only use fresh potatoes (Yukon Gold) which are cut daily on the premises.
- We use a thick cut chip with the skin on for a lower absorbency of oil providing a much healthier product.
- Our oil is continually changed; all the waste oil is collected and is made into bio fuel.
